Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to subscription services and data package orders paid for through the VPNFar user panel. Requests, follow-up information, and outcomes are recorded in support tickets. Before submitting a request, review the Terms of Service to check your order and account details.
Refund window and eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The request window is verified against the first payment record and the time the support ticket is submitted. You do not need to provide proof of a service issue, accept account credit, or switch to another plan instead of receiving a refund covered by this policy.
A refund request must identify the relevant order. Renewals, upgrades, and additional data packages do not automatically restart the refund window from the first payment. If you have made multiple payments, list the orders you want reviewed in your support ticket. The service will check the payment and service-change records, explain the outcome for each order, and avoid treating separate orders as one.
Eligible situations and order review
You may request a refund within the window above if the connection experience does not meet your expectations, the client configuration does not suit your needs, or your needs have changed. A normal connection or ordinary use of package data is not, by itself, grounds to deny a refund covered by this policy. Data packages do not expire; this refers to the data usage period, not an unlimited refund window.
Orders outside the request window are not covered by this policy. For orders where payment is not yet complete, first verify the payment status. Orders involving usage beyond the package allowance, suspected unusual consumption, misuse, or a payment dispute require a review of the relevant records; usage alone is not a sufficient basis for denial. If a policy violation is involved, the applicable terms and reasons for the decision will be explained rather than citing a vague “account irregularity.”
How to request a refund
- Sign in to the account used for payment. In your order history, confirm the order, payment amount, payment method, and payment status.
- Go to Account Support Tickets, explain that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number and relevant payment record. You may choose to include a reason; it is not required for a refund covered by this policy.
- If you are asked to verify details, add the necessary information to the original ticket. Once the review is complete, confirm the refund amount, return method, and when the corresponding service benefits will end.
Do not include your account password, payment password, private keys, or recovery phrases in a support ticket. If you attach a payment screenshot, conceal personal information not needed to verify the order. Continue the conversation in the original ticket whenever possible to keep a clear record and avoid duplicate handling.
Refunds to the original payment method
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment source and are not automatically converted to account credit. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are preferably refunded through the original transaction. If a direct refund through that transaction is not possible, the reason will be explained in a support ticket and payment ownership verified before an alternative method is agreed with the requester.
USDT transfers follow a different process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; payment records cannot be assumed to have an automatic reversal feature. For an on-chain return, confirm the receiving network and address in a support ticket, then process the transfer after both parties have checked the details. Any potential network fees or differences in the amount received will be explained in advance. No unconfirmed deductions will be assumed, and wallet access credentials will not be requested.
Checking refund status and next steps
A request being submitted, a review being completed, a refund being initiated, and funds arriving are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel, the original transaction status, and any necessary verification. This page does not promise a fixed arrival time. After a refund is initiated, you can request a status update or a transaction record for tracking in the original ticket, and check the original payment account.
If a refund is marked as returned but has not arrived, explain the situation in the original ticket; there is no need to submit another payment. If a payment channel rejects the return or the details do not match, the service will continue the review and explain the next steps. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits for that order end. The status of any other orders must be confirmed separately. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review in the original ticket.
